Mendy Lerato Lusaba

Social Entrepreneur/Decent Work Advocate

Hey, I’m Mendy Lerato Lusaba, a social entrepreneur and a decent work advocate with particular interest in domestic work. I have over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources Management and my special interest lies in Labor Law. I founded the Domestic Workers Association of Zimbabwe with the aim of formalizing and professionalising the domestic worker sector. I write and speak on domestic work having also written a manual for domestic workers. I hope for a social democratic society that frowns heavily upon the oppression of the minority.

Chipo Muchabaiwa

Hey , my name is Chipo Tecla Muchabaiwa, and I am Youth and Gender Specialist passionate about capacity building. I strongly believe in playing my part in developing potential in youths and women through education training and skills development. I have over 10 years’ experience in development work promoting and facilitating social development, research, capacity building training in financial literacy, career guidance, resilience building, life skills training and youth empowerment and civil society networks. In my free time, I am an avid reader of assorted genres.

Edward Kapodogo

I am Edward Kapodogo, the Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning of Vendors Initiative for Social and Economic Transformation [VISET]. I have over 10 years’ experience in the civic sector with focus on Human Resources and the informal sector . I am motivated by strategic development initiatives focusing on informal economy governance, empowerment of women and youths and decent work.
